The CA9 lower is machined from 7075-T6 aluminum, finished in black anodizing, and ships with the magazine catch and ejector pre-installed from the factory.

Building a pistol caliber AR starts with the right lower, and the CA9 gives you a solid foundation. It is machined from a billet of 7075-T6 aluminum to mil-spec receiver dimensions, so it accepts standard AR-15 lower parts kits, buffer tubes and fire control groups. A flared magazine well makes reloads faster, and the lower is compatible with standard frame Glock 9mm magazines, which are affordable and easy to find in many capacities. A Magpul style trigger guard is machined into the receiver.

Because the magazine catch and ejector come pre-installed, you can skip the trickiest part of an AR9 build. Note that this lower is a non last round bolt hold open design.
