RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS 

Firearms 

• ALL FIREARM SALES ARE FINAL 
• Returns accepted only for verified manufacturer defects 
• Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee 
• Original shipping and transfer fees are non-refundable 

Ammunition 

• No returns on ammunition once shipped 
• Orders refused or returned due to customer error or legal restrictions are subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus return shipping where applicable 

Accessories 

• Must be unused, unopened, and returned within 14 days of delivery 
• All approved accessory returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee 
• Customer is responsible for return shipping 
• Shipping charges are non-refundable 

Order Cancellations 

• Orders canceled after processing or shipment may be subject to a 10% restocking fee 
• Orders canceled after shipment may also incur return shipping and handling fees 

Refused or Failed Transfers 

If a firearm is returned due to: 

• Background check denial 
• FFL refusal 
• Incorrect FFL information provided by the customer 
• Legal restrictions in the customer’s jurisdiction 

The customer will be responsible for: 

• Return shipping costs 
• Any transfer or handling fees 
• A 10% restocking fee
