Description

Seekins Havak Element M3 300 PRC rifle with 22 inch carbon fiber wrapped threaded barrel, Urban Shadow camo stock and 20 MOA rail with bubble level

The Seekins Havak Element M3 300 PRC pairs one of the hardest-hitting long range cartridges available with a rifle light enough to carry. It runs a 22 inch carbon fiber wrapped threaded barrel, a stainless steel receiver with an integrated 20 MOA rail and bubble level, and a Seekins carbon composite mini chassis stock in Urban Shadow camo with an adjustable cheek riser.

Seekins Havak Element M3 300 PRC Action and Rail

The M3 action is an aluminum and steel hybrid, which is how Seekins removes weight without losing the rigidity a magnum needs. The scope base is machined as part of the receiver rather than bolted on, and it comes with 20 MOA of built-in elevation. On a 300 PRC meant to reach past 1,000 yards, that extra travel inside the scope is not optional equipment.

A bubble level is built into the rail. Cant matters enormously at the distances this cartridge is capable of, and a level that sits in your sight picture actually gets used, unlike one clamped to a scope ring where you have to break position to check it.

Barrel, Brake, and the 300 PRC Cartridge

The barrel is carbon fiber wrapped and threaded 5/8×24, with a Seekins Hunter Brake fitted. On a 300 PRC in a rifle under seven pounds, that brake is doing real work. Carbon wrapping keeps the barrel stiff and helps it shed the considerable heat this cartridge generates, while keeping the weight manageable at 22 inches.

300 PRC was designed from scratch around long, heavy, high-BC .308 bullets rather than adapted from an older case, and it stays supersonic well past 1,500 yards. For elk, moose, and big bears, or for shooting steel at extreme range, it is among the most capable cartridges that still fits in a portable rifle.

Stock, Trigger, and Urban Shadow

The stock is Seekins carbon composite built around a mini chassis rather than conventional bedding, which gives you the repeatable action fit of a chassis rifle inside something that still carries like a hunting rifle. The cheek riser adjusts, which matters for getting your eye correctly behind a large objective scope.

Urban Shadow is the grey and orange pattern in the Seekins lineup. It is the least traditional of the three and it suits rock, scree, and open country, and it makes the rifle easy to spot if you set it down. The trigger is a TriggerTech Primary set at 2.5 pounds from the factory.

Why Buyers Choose the Seekins Havak Element M3 300 PRC

Very few 300 PRC rifles are light enough to hunt with comfortably. Most are heavy chassis builds that live on a bipod at a range. This one weighs what a standard hunting rifle weighs while giving you an integrated 20 MOA rail, a built-in level, and an adjustable comb, which is the exact feature set you want to use the cartridge properly.

The carbon wrapped barrel is what makes that combination possible. A 22 inch steel barrel in 300 PRC with the contour needed to handle the heat would add well over a pound to the front of the rifle.

Who Should Buy It

The Seekins Havak Element M3 300 PRC suits hunters after elk, moose, and big bears who may need to shoot at genuine distance, and long range shooters who want a rifle they can also carry. The integrated rail and level make it a natural for anyone dialing elevation rather than holding over. If you shoot high volume or want cheap practice, a 6.5 Creedmoor version of this rifle will cost far less to feed and be much easier on the shoulder and the barrel.
