Description
The KRISS Vector 22 CRB 22 LR Duotone is a rifle chambered in 22 LR with a 16-inch barrel and a 30+1 capacity. This model is finished in Duotone.
KRISS Vector 22 CRB 22 LR Duotone Overview
The Vector 22 CRB is a dedicated semi-automatic rimfire rifle with the iconic look and ergonomics of the Vector carbine and a free-floating M-LOK handguard. It is designed for rimfire competition, training, and small game hunting at a fraction of the cost of centerfire ammunition.
Design and Features
Features include direct-blowback operation, a low bore axis, a threaded 4140 chrome-moly barrel with black nitride finish, last-round bolt hold-open, a two-stage quick-reset trigger, low-profile flip sights, and an ambidextrous safety. Stock style varies by model, from a six-position collapsible stock to a folding stock on Enhanced Limited versions.
Handling in the Field
The Vector carbine is compact for a 16-inch rifle, balances well, and is easy to shoot accurately thanks to its low recoil. It is a blast at the range and a capable home-defense carbine.
Action and Trigger
The trigger is crisp with a short reset, and the controls are laid out for quick, intuitive manipulation. Keep the action clean and lubricated per the owner’s manual for best reliability.
Sights and Optics
Mount a red dot, holographic sight, or low-power optic on the full-length top rail, and add back-up iron sights if your model does not include them.
The 22 LR Cartridge
The 22 LR is the most affordable cartridge to shoot, with almost no recoil and little noise.
Setup and Accessories
Start with a quality optic and solid rings or a mount, then add a sling for carrying and a bipod or shooting bag for steady rests. Test a few loads for accuracy and settle on the one your rifle likes best. A hard case protects your investment on the way to the range or the field.
Ownership Tips
Read the owner’s manual fully before your first range trip, and keep the manual, box, and receipt with your records for warranty service and resale. Unload the rifle and confirm it is empty before cleaning. Field-strip it according to the owner’s manual, scrub the bore with a brush and patches, and wipe carbon from the bolt face and chamber. Apply a light coat of quality gun oil to the contact points, and wipe the exterior with a lightly oiled cloth before storage.
State Laws
Magazine capacity limits, feature restrictions, and transfer rules vary by state and locality. Check your local laws before ordering, and ask your receiving dealer if you are unsure whether this configuration is legal where you live.
