Description
The Holosun EPS Green Multi Reticle is the enclosed pistol sight with a switchable green reticle: a 2 MOA dot at 540nm, a 32 MOA circle, or both together. Sealed emitter, aspheric lens, 1.4 ounces, K footprint with an RMR adapter plate in the box. Part EPS-GR-MRS.

Which EPS Is This One
Holosun sells six sights under the EPS and EPS Carry names including the Holosun EPS Green Multi Reticle and they are genuinely different, so here is exactly what you are looking at rather than a part number to decode.
This is the full size EPS, green, with the Multi Reticle System. Its siblings are the same housing in red and gold, and the plain dot versions in 2 MOA and 6 MOA that have no circle at all. The Holosun EPS Green Multi Reticle is for a shooter who wants the reticle to change with the job and whose backgrounds eat a red one.
Green Is Worth More On A Circle Than On A Dot
The Holosun EPS Green Multi Reticle emits at 540nm, almost exactly where human daylight vision peaks, so a green reticle reads brighter to the eye than a red one producing the same actual light. On a plain dot that is a nice margin. On a circle dot reticle it is worth more, and the reason is not obvious.
A ring has vastly more illuminated area than a dot, so a ring bright enough to see throws a lot of light into your eye, and at that brightness the line gets thick and soft. Colour is how you fix it. Because green reads brighter for the same output, you can run the Holosun EPS Green Multi Reticle several clicks dimmer than a red equivalent and still see the ring clearly, and a dimmer ring is a thinner, crisper ring.
The Honest Counter Argument
Green is not a free upgrade and we would rather you hear the other half from us. Against grass, foliage and green painted steel, green is the colour that loses contrast and red would serve you better. Red emitters are also more electrically efficient for the same perceived brightness.
So the question is what you point the pistol at, not which colour is superior. The Holosun EPS Green Multi Reticle is the right answer for brick, rust, timber, brown clothing and dirt. If you shoot mostly at green steel or in heavy foliage, the red version is in our range and we will point you at it instead.
Enclosed, Because A Carry Gun Collects Things
An open reflex sight, unlike the Holosun EPS Green Multi Reticle, fires its emitter upward from an exposed shelf at a lens. It works until holster lint, sweat, sunscreen, gun oil or rain lands on that emitter, at which point the reticle dims or dies and you find out at the worst possible moment.
The Holosun EPS Green Multi Reticle has no exposed emitter. The assembly is sealed inside the housing with glass at both ends, so there is nothing for debris to land on and nothing to wipe before you can trust the dot. That is the single most meaningful durability difference in the pistol optic market and the reason enclosed sights have taken over carry and duty use.
Aspheric Lens, And Why It Matters More Here
Enclosed sights put two pieces of glass between your eye and the target instead of one, and cheap execution shows up as a dim, faintly distorted window. The Holosun EPS Green Multi Reticle uses an aspheric lens, whose curve is not a simple section of a sphere, to keep the image geometrically honest across the whole window rather than only in the middle.
That matters more on the Holosun EPS Green Multi Reticle than on a plain dot model. A dot that goes slightly oval near the edge of the glass is hard to notice. A 32 MOA ring that goes egg shaped is obvious, and it would undermine the one feature you bought the sight for.
The Plate Is In The Box
The Holosun EPS Green Multi Reticle mounts directly to a K footprint slide, and Holosun includes an RMR to K adapter plate, so a full size slide cut for an RMR takes this sight too without a separate purchase.
One number to check first: adjustments move 1.5 MOA per click across 30 MOA of travel each way, coarser and shorter than the full size 407 and 507 optics. On a true slide cut that is ample. Through a stacked plate on a pistol that already points slightly off it is less headroom than you may expect, so if a previous optic fought you on that gun, mention it before you order.

Ordering
Manufacturer specifications are published at Holosun. We are a family owned FFL dealer in Collegeville, Pennsylvania, and we will tell you when red suits your backgrounds better than green rather than sell you the dearer reticle colour. All six EPS variants are in our optics selection, each now named for what it actually is.
