The Arex Delta M Tactical FDE is the compact Delta in its threaded, optic-ready Tactical configuration, finished with a flat dark earth frame under a black slide. It ships with one 15-round magazine and one 15+2 extended magazine, and the slide is cut for a red dot from the factory rather than sent out for milling.

Arex is a Slovenian manufacturer better known in Europe than in the United States, and the Delta is its answer to the polymer striker-fired duty pistol. Two things set the Tactical version apart from most pistols at this price: the adapter plates and suppressor-height sights are in the box rather than sold separately, and the trigger assembly rather than the frame carries the serial number, which means the polymer grip module is not the regulated part.

Who it suits
Shooters building toward a suppressed or optic-equipped pistol without paying for machining afterward are the natural buyers, and the two-magazine loadout means less to buy on day one. Note that MAG5 Firearms does not sell NFA items, so a suppressor would need to be sourced separately and cleared through ATF approval before it could be mounted on the threads.

Arex builds the Delta in M, X and L sizes, each available as a standard optic-ready pistol or in this Tactical configuration with the threaded barrel and suppressor-height sights. For practice, 115-grain full metal jacket is the standard load, with a 124-grain jacketed hollow point for defensive use. Spare magazines are available in both 15-round and 17-round patterns for the Delta M. One practical note on threaded pistols: keep the thread protector fitted whenever no muzzle device is installed. Exposed threads collect lint and grit in a holster, and repairing a damaged thread costs more than the protector ever will.
