Description

The Arex Delta Gen 2 X Tactical is a full-size 9mm that arrives with the parts most pistols make you buy separately. A 4.60-inch threaded barrel, suppressor-height sights, five optic mounting plates, four backstraps and two magazines all come in the box, and the whole thing weighs 21.3 ounces. Arex builds these in Slovenia, and the fit is noticeably better than the price suggests.
Everything Included, Not Optional
Most optics-ready pistols ship with one plate, or none. This one comes with five, covering the Trijicon RMR, Holosun, Vortex, Burris, Shield and Leupold DeltaPoint Pro footprints, so whatever red dot you already own probably mounts without another order. The suppressor-height sights are a white dot front and a black serrated rear, tall enough to co-witness through an optic or to run over a can.
Arex Delta Gen 2 X Tactical Barrel and Threads
The 4.60-inch barrel is threaded 1/2×28, the standard pitch for 9mm suppressors and compensators, and it ships with a thread protector in place. The slide is steel with a black nitride finish and front and rear serrations, and it is cut from the factory for an optic rather than milled after the fact.
A Frame That Adjusts to You
The polymer frame is stippled aggressively on all four sides, and four interchangeable backstraps let you set grip circumference. The slide stop and magazine release are ambidextrous, and a left-hand magazine release button comes in the box as well. A Picatinny rail forward of the trigger guard takes a light or laser.

The Trigger
Arex uses a partially pre-cocked striker, so cycling the slide does not fully compress the striker spring and the trigger finishes the job. The result is a longer, more deliberate pull than a fully pre-cocked striker gun, closer to a light double action. Shooters who carry appreciate that extra travel; competitors who want a short, crisp break should know it is different from what a Glock or an M&P gives them.
Why Buyers Choose the Arex Delta Gen 2 X Tactical
Price the accessories separately and the value becomes obvious: a threaded barrel, tall sights, an optic cut and five plates would add a couple of hundred dollars to almost any competitor. Arex bundles them and still lands well under the usual full-size price. The Slovenian build quality, the ambidextrous controls and the modular frame make it a pistol you can set up exactly how you want on day one.
Who Should Buy It
This suits the shooter putting together a suppressor host, anyone who wants a red dot on a duty-size pistol without paying for milling, and left-handed shooters who want genuinely ambidextrous controls. Fit the backstrap that puts your trigger finger where it belongs, mount the correct plate for your optic, and confirm your zero before trusting it. If you plan to run a can, buy the suppressor first so you can check sight height against it.
