How A-Zoom 20 Gauge Snap Caps Are Built
Each shell is CNC machined from solid aluminum billet to 20 gauge dimensions and hard anodized. No plastic hull to split, no crimped end to unravel, nothing that swells or deforms after a few hundred cycles through a pump or an autoloader.
The rim end carries a proprietary polymer cushion in place of a primer, rated by A-Zoom past three thousand strikes. Break actions and older pumps use slender firing pins that genuinely break from dry fire, and that cushion is what stops it.
