The Taurus 22TUC Blue Wave is the engraved build of the tip-up 22, catalogued as 1-22TUC13BL-GW. Nine rounds of 22 LR plus one chambered, a 2.50-inch tip-up barrel, a black polymer frame, and a slide finished in blue PVD with a wave pattern cut into it.

The decoration is the obvious part, but the mechanism is still the reason to buy one. Press the barrel release and the barrel hinges up at the breech, so a round goes straight into the chamber and comes straight back out.
