Warne HyperLite Tikka 30mm High Rings Overview

Tikka receivers have an integral dovetail machined into the top, so no separate base is needed. The HyperLite rings take advantage of that by clamping straight onto the receiver, which keeps the setup light, low-profile and simple. Warne machines the HyperLite line from its MagnaFusion alloy, designed to deliver steel-like strength at a fraction of the weight. Each ring uses dual clamp screws on the dovetail and a single-screw cap for a clean look.

Fit and Height

Warne lists these rings for Tikka T3x and T3 factory dovetails. The high height gives room for 30mm scopes with objectives up to 52mm, which suits most long-range hunting scopes in the 4-16×50 or 5-25×50 class. If your scope has a 40 to 44mm objective, a medium or low ring will keep the sight line closer to the bore.

Torque Specifications

Warne specifies 18 inch-pounds for the dovetail clamp screws. For cap screws, follow the scope maker torque value but do not exceed 18 inch-pounds. Torque values assume dry threads, so do not use thread locker. Push each ring forward against the recoil stop slot on the dovetail before tightening so the rings cannot slide under recoil.

Level the reticle to the rifle, then snug the clamp screws and the cap screws in a crisscross pattern before applying final torque. Check that the eyepiece clears the bolt through its full stroke, and confirm zero at the range before your first hunt.

Honest Limitations

These rings fit the Tikka dovetail only and 30mm tubes only. They do not add a Picatinny rail or extra cant for extreme long range. Alloy rings must not be over-torqued.
