Standard Manufacturing of New Britain, Connecticut, designed the S333 Thunderstruck as a unique defensive revolver. Instead of a single barrel, it uses two side-by-side barrels, and every trigger pull fires two 22 WMR cartridges at once, putting two projectiles on target in a single shot. The eight round cylinder gives four double shots. The Gen III version has a black hardcoat anodized aluminum frame, a black cylinder and black finger-grooved polymer grips for a secure hold.
