This is the uncompensated XMACRO, with the full 3.7-inch barrel rather than the shortened compensated one. The longer barrel gives slightly more velocity and noticeably less muzzle blast and flash, which matters if you shoot indoors or keep the pistol for home defence. XRAY3 day and night sights are fitted at the factory, tritium front and rear.

The slide is cut for the COMPACT footprint matching the Shield RMSc pattern, so a ROMEO-X Compact or comparable micro red dot mounts directly with no adapter plate, and the irons stay usable as a backup if the dot fails. There is no manual thumb safety on this configuration.

How It Compares to the Rest of the Line

Against the compensated XMACRO, the Sig Sauer P365 XMACRO TACOPS trades the integral compensator for a longer barrel and less blast, and adds two magazines. Against the standard XMACRO it is the same pistol with double the magazines. Against the smaller P365 and P365X it gives up a little concealability for five to seven more rounds and a noticeably better grip.
