Description
The Sig Sauer P365 XMacro 9mm 10 Round is SIG’s highest-capacity micro-compact built for shooters in capacity-restricted states. It keeps every part of the XMACRO that matters, the full 3.7-inch barrel, the integrated carry magwell, the interchangeable backstraps and the optic-ready slide, and changes only the magazines that come in the case.
What the Ten-Round Configuration Changes
Two ten-round steel magazines ship with the Sig Sauer P365 XMacro 9mm 10 Round instead of the seventeen-round magazines supplied with the standard gun. That is the entire difference. Frame, slide, barrel and grip module are identical, so holster fit, trigger feel, recoil behaviour and sight picture are unchanged, and seventeen-round magazines drop straight in if you later move somewhere that permits them.
If you are not under a magazine cap, buy the standard XMACRO and keep the extra seven rounds per magazine. We would rather say that here than have it arrive and disappoint you. But if ten is your ceiling, this is how you get the XMACRO grip and barrel without stepping down to a smaller pistol.
Grip Module, Magwell and Backstraps
The XMACRO grip module is what separates this pistol from the rest of the P365 line. An integrated carry magwell is moulded in, which makes reloads on a gun this size far less fiddly, and small, medium and large backstraps ship in the box so the reach to the trigger is something you set rather than something you accept. A standard M1913 rail takes a compact weapon light without an adapter.

Sig Sauer P365 XMacro 9mm 10 Round: Barrel, Sights and Optics
This is the uncompensated XMACRO, with the full 3.7-inch barrel rather than the shortened compensated one. The longer barrel gives slightly more velocity and noticeably less muzzle blast and flash, which matters if you shoot indoors or keep the pistol for home defence.
XRAY3 day and night sights are fitted at the factory, tritium front and rear, and the slide is cut for the COMPACT footprint matching the Shield RMSc pattern. A ROMEO-X Compact or similar micro red dot mounts directly with no adapter plate.
Who the Sig Sauer P365 XMacro 9mm 10 Round Is For
The shooter who wants the XMACRO and lives where ten rounds is the limit. It is also worth a look if you carry a spare magazine anyway and prefer a shorter magazine sitting flush in the grip. Everything that makes the XMACRO the most capable pistol in the P365 line is present here except the round count.
Magazines and Upgrades
Because the Sig Sauer P365 XMacro 9mm 10 Round differs from the standard gun only in what ships in the case, upgrading later is a magazine purchase rather than a new pistol. Seventeen-round P365 magazines are widely available and drop straight in where state law permits. Spare magazines, holsters and defensive ammunition are stocked alongside it.
The standard seventeen-round, compensated and manual-safety XMACRO variants are listed in our handgun catalog. Factory specifications are published by SIG SAUER.
Every Sig Sauer P365 XMacro 9mm 10 Round sold by MAG5 Firearms ships new in the factory packaging with the accessories SIG SAUER includes, and transfers to your chosen FFL. The Sig Sauer P365 XMacro 9mm 10 Round is a regulated firearm and we verify licensing before any order leaves the shop.
