Description

The Sig Sauer P365 Fuse LXG Grip takes the P365 that made micro compacts worth carrying and stretches it into something you would happily shoot all day. A 4.3 inch black carbon steel barrel, a full-size grip that holds twenty one rounds, and a black Nitron optic-ready slide over it. Sig part number 365XF-9-BFO.

Calling it a P365 undersells what changed. The barrel is longer than the XL, the grip module is larger and stippled, there is a beavertail, a 1913 rail and a removable magwell, and the box contains three magazines rather than the usual two. The Sig Sauer P365 Fuse LXG Grip is the version of this pistol built for people who shoot a lot and carry on a belt rather than in a pocket.

What the Sig Sauer P365 Fuse LXG Grip gives you

Why a longer P365 shoots better than a short one

  • A 4.3 inch barrel gives a longer sight radius and more velocity
  • A full grip means all three fingers are on the gun, not two and a pinky
  • Twenty three ounces absorbs recoil a 17 ounce micro compact transmits
  • The beavertail lets you get the hand high, which is most of recoil control
  • A rail means a weapon light fits without an adapter

A P365 Fuse 21 round 9mm ships three magazines

Two 21-round magazines and one 17-round magazine ship in the box. That is unusual for any pistol and the Sig Sauer P365 Fuse LXG Grip does it deliberately. In a P365 Fuse 21 round 9mm the 17-rounder sits flush for carry, the 21-rounders extend the grip and are what you will shoot on the range. Most makers give you two of one thing; Sig gave you both answers to the carry-versus-capacity argument and let you decide by which magazine you load.

An RMSc optic ready 9mm pistol, and why that matters

As an RMSc optic ready 9mm pistol its footprint is listed by Zanders as Shield / RMSc, which is the most widely supported micro red dot pattern there is. A Holosun HS507K X2 drops onto that cut directly, and we stock those in serious depth. The fiber optic front sight on the Sig Sauer P365 Fuse LXG Grip stays visible underneath a low-mounted dot, which is the arrangement you want if the battery ever quits.

Grip module, magwell and rail on the Sig 365XF-9-BFO

The LXG grip module is the whole point of the Sig 365XF-9-BFO. It carries a 1913 Picatinny rail, a beavertail that lets you get high on the Sig Sauer P365 Fuse LXG Grip, a removable magwell, and small, medium and large interchangeable backstraps so the grip fits your hand rather than an average one. If you want a different magwell later, True Precision makes parts for this exact frame.

Carrying the 4.3 inch P365 Fuse

The Sig Sauer P365 Fuse LXG Grip is not a pocket gun and is not pretending to be. The 4.3 inch P365 Fuse at twenty three ounces sits squarely in belt-carry territory, and a holster cut specifically for the P365 Fuse is the right way to carry it. Practice on Federal 115 grain FMJ or American Eagle 115 grain, then confirm your carry load in this specific gun.

The rest of the Fuse line

The P365 Fuse Comp adds a compensator if you want the muzzle flatter still, and the two-tone tan Fuse is the same gun in a lighter finish. All of them share the 4.3 inch barrel and the same magazines as the Sig Sauer P365 Fuse LXG Grip.

Worth knowing before you buy

  • 9mm Luger is a SAAMI standardized cartridge, so factory ammunition is consistent across brands. See the SAAMI published standards.
  • At 23 ounces and 4.3 inches this is a belt gun. If you want a pocket P365, buy a shorter one.
  • No optic is included. Our photographs show the pistol as it ships, with the optic cut covered and the irons in place.
  • This model cannot be direct shipped to Rhode Island or Washington.

Buy the Sig Sauer P365 Fuse LXG Grip if you want P365 ergonomics with a full grip and a barrel long enough to shoot well at distance, and you would rather have three magazines and a magwell in the box than buy them afterwards. It is a range gun that carries and a carry gun that shoots, which is a harder combination to build than the spec sheet suggests.
