Savage 110 Bear Hunter 300 WSM Barrel and Brake

The .300 Winchester Short Magnum puts .300 Win Mag ballistics into a short action, which means a shorter, stiffer receiver and a lighter rifle for the same downrange performance. A 180 grain bullet leaves this 23-inch barrel around 2,950 feet per second.
