Description
The Mag5 Firearms Vintage Trucker Hat is our everyday cap. It pairs a worn-in, vintage-style trucker shape with a tan patch laser engraved with the full MAG5 Firearms logo, and it goes with nearly anything you own.
Mag5 Firearms Vintage Trucker Hat Overview
The base cap is the Merrimack Hat Co. Austin Vintage Trucker. It has a dark charcoal 100% cotton front, tan contrast stitching, a curved brim and a soft tan mesh rear that keeps air moving on warm days.
The patch is faux leather with a printed stitch border, and the logo is laser engraved into it, so the detail stays sharp and will not peel or crack like a screen print. It is heat-applied to the front of the hat.
Fit and Feel
This is an unstructured, six-panel, low-profile cap. It sits closer to the head than a tall structured trucker and feels broken in from day one. A plastic snapback closure lets you adjust the fit, and most adults fit comfortably. The curved brim shades your eyes without feeling bulky, and the cap packs flat into a range bag or glove box without losing its shape. If you prefer a taller, stiffer front, look at our Reflective Edition instead.
The Logo on the Patch
The front carries the MAG5 Firearms logo: a striker-fired pistol with a cross and five stars on the slide, laid over a distressed American flag, with three Calvary crosses on the hill and a banner that reads MAG5 between two stars, Firearms LLC beneath it. MAG5 is a family business. The name joins the Magazzolo family name with the number five, one for each member of the family, and each of them is one of the five stars on the slide.
Why Breathable Mesh Matters
A mesh back breathes far better than a solid cap, which is why truckers and farmers made this style popular in the first place. It is a smart choice for summer range days, yard work, and long drives with the windows down.

Gear That Supports a Family Business
This cap is the easiest piece in our lineup to wear every day. Every MAG5 Firearms purchase supports a small, family-owned shop rather than a faceless warehouse. We put real thought into each piece and stand behind what we sell. If something is not right with your order, reach out to us at [email protected] or 610-943-0010 and we will make it right.
Merch also helps us spread the word. When someone asks about the logo on your gear, you are helping a local business grow, and you are starting a conversation about faith, family and freedom. We are grateful for every customer who wears the MAG5 name, and we hope it reminds you of the values behind it each time you put it on.
