The Holosun HS 407K is a 6 MOA enclosed-window micro dot built for the RMSc footprint that the 43X slide uses. It arrives installed and bore-sighted from the shop, so the only thing left to you is confirming zero at the range. Buying the same optic and paying for a mount and install separately usually lands within a few dollars of the price difference here.

A 6 MOA dot is deliberately coarse. It is fast to find under stress and plenty precise inside twenty-five yards, which is what a carry pistol is for.

The factory iron sights sit at standard height, so they will not co-witness through the 407K window. If a backup sight picture matters to you, budget for suppressor-height sights. The Holosun runs on a side-loading CR1632 with shake-awake, so leave it on and change the battery once a year.
