The 4.61 inch barrel is a Glock Marksman Barrel, carrying the enhanced polygonal rifling and tighter crown Glock introduced with Gen5. This is an MOS pistol, so the slide is cut from the factory for a red dot and ships with adapter plates covering the common footprints. The optic sits low enough that the supplied iron sights stay usable underneath as a backup, and no gunsmithing or warranty question is involved.

The slide wears Glock’s nDLC surface treatment, a diamond like carbon coating applied to both slide and barrel that resists corrosion and abrasion far better than the older Tenifer process it replaced.
