CorBon 45 Colt +P 335gr HC – Hard-Hitting 45 Colt Hunting Ammo, 1050 fps, 20 Rounds

Description

The CorBon 45 Colt +P 335gr HC load is built for shooters who want a proven 45 Colt +P round from a company that helped shape modern high-velocity handgun ammunition. Each box holds 20 cartridges loaded with a 335 grain hard cast bullet rated at 1050 feet per second, producing about 820 foot-pounds of muzzle energy. A hard cast bullet is made to hold its shape and drive deep instead of expanding, which makes it a strong choice for large game and for protection against bears.

This 45 Colt 335 grain hard cast load is rated from a 7.5 inch barrel and is built only for modern, heavy-frame revolvers and rifles rated for +P 45 Colt pressures.

Why Choose the CorBon 45 Colt +P 335gr HC

• 335 grain hard cast bullet
• Rated 1050 fps muzzle velocity, 820 ft-lbs energy
• Built for deep, straight-line penetration
• Reloadable brass cases with boxer primers
• 20 rounds per box, item HT45C335HC

Built for Big Game and Bear Country

• Handgun hunting of large game where legal
• Protection from bears and other large animals
• Heavy-frame revolvers such as the Ruger Redhawk and Blackhawk
• Lever-action rifles rated for +P 45 Colt loads

Before you trust any new defensive load, fire at least 50 to 100 rounds through your handgun to confirm it feeds, fires and ejects reliably and that the point of impact matches your sights. Rotate your carry ammo every so often, and store the rest in a cool, dry place in the original box so the cartridges stay clean and easy to identify by lot number.

Check with your firearm maker before using any +P 45 Colt load, and practice with the CorBon 45 Colt +P 335gr HC before you rely on it. Confirm your point of impact from a steady rest, since heavy bullets often strike higher than lighter loads, and check local rules for handgun hunting requirements.

Why Choose CorBon 45 Colt +P Ammo

Heavy, hard cast bullets keep their weight and shape as they travel, so they can break heavy bone and reach the vitals on large animals. At a rated 1050 fps and 820 foot-pounds, the 335 grain CorBon bullet turns the 45 Colt into a serious big-game and bear-defense cartridge while keeping pressures below 454 Casull levels.

When you compare 45 colt hunting ammo, remember that +P 45 Colt loads are meant only for strong modern firearms. This load pairs well with the Ruger Redhawk, Super Redhawk and New Model Blackhawk in 45 Colt, 454 Casull revolvers, and modern lever-action rifles rated for +P. Never fire it in Single Action Army style revolvers, older guns or reproductions.

CorBon has built high-velocity defensive ammunition in South Dakota since 1982, when the company set out to solve a common problem: hollow points that plugged with clothing and failed to expand. That focus on real-world performance is still at the heart of every box. Corbon 45 colt +p ammo is loaded to tight standards so shot-to-shot velocity stays consistent, which helps you build confidence in the same load you train with and carry.

Hunters, hikers and anyone who travels in bear country with a heavy-frame 45 Colt or 454 Casull revolver will find this load a confident choice when penetration comes first. Always confirm your firearm is chambered for 45 Colt +P, wear eye and ear protection, and follow all federal, state and local laws.
