Description
The Andro Corp ACI-15 Bravo 300 Blackout is the rifle you reach for when you want a 300 BLK carbine that works out of the box and still leaves room to grow. Andro Corp Industries builds the ACI-15 Bravo 16 around a 16 inch 4150 CMV barrel finished in Melonite, and the whole gun is assembled on mil-spec dimensions, so every AR-15 part you already own still fits. MAG5 Firearms stocks it under part number 30016BB, UPC 796258933305.
What the Andro Corp ACI-15 Bravo 300 Blackout brings to the table
The barrel is the part that matters most here. Sixteen inches of 4150 chrome moly vanadium steel, QPQ Melonite treated inside and out, cut with a 1:7 twist that stabilizes the heavy subsonic bullets this cartridge was designed around. The muzzle is threaded 5/8×24, the standard 300 BLK pitch, and it leaves the factory wearing an A2 flash hider you can unscrew in about ten seconds when you want a brake or a mount instead.
The Andro Corp ACI-15 Bravo 300 Blackout runs a pistol length gas system behind a .750 low profile gas block, and that choice is deliberate. 300 Blackout burns its powder charge fast in a short distance, so a pistol length port gives the action enough dwell to cycle supersonic and subsonic loads without the overpressure a carbine length tube tends to produce on this round.
Up top you get a 7075 T6 mil-spec upper with T-markings and M4 feed ramps, running an M16 profile nitride bolt carrier group. The lower is 7075 forged with a standard mil-spec parts kit, an A2 grip and an M4 stock on a carbine buffer tube.
Handguard, controls and what you can change later
The 15 inch M-LOK free float handguard is the feature that separates this 300 Blackout AR-15 rifle from a basic parts-bin carbine. Nothing touches the barrel, so your point of impact does not wander when you load a bipod or lean into a barricade, and you have most of the barrel length available for lights, hand stops and sling points.
The Andro Corp ACI-15 Bravo 300 Blackout ships with a mil-spec trigger and a standard charging handle, which is the honest answer at this price. Andro Corp offers a Rise Armament Rave 140 flat trigger and an ambidextrous Warhammer charging handle as factory upgrades, and both are straightforward drop-in swaps later if you would rather buy the rifle now and improve it over time.
There are no iron sights included. The upper is a flattop with a full length Picatinny rail, so plan on a red dot or a low power variable optic, plus a set of backup irons if you want them.

Andro Corp Industries backs the ACI-15 line with a lifetime warranty and publishes the full spec sheet and upgrade list on the Andro Corp Industries product page. Quote part number 30016BB when you order so you receive the black Bravo 16 in 300 Blackout rather than one of the 5.56 NATO or Halo variants. If you want the shorter pistol-gas sibling instead, the ACI-15 Halo 300 Blackout with the 10 inch barrel sits right beside it on our shelf, and the rest of our semi-automatic rifles are worth a look while you decide.
A 1:7 twist paired with pistol length gas means the Andro Corp ACI-15 Bravo 300 Blackout handles 220 grain subsonic loads as willingly as 110 and 125 grain supersonic ammunition.
The 15 inch M-LOK rail gives you far more mounting real estate than most 16 inch carbines at this price.
Mil-spec dimensions throughout mean your existing AR-15 magazines, optic mounts, triggers and stocks all carry straight over.
A lifetime warranty from the manufacturer is uncommon in this bracket.
This is a sensible first 300 Blackout rifle and an easy addition for anyone already shooting AR-15s. Hog and whitetail hunters working inside 150 yards, shooters who want a dedicated subsonic host once their ATF suppressor approval clears, and home defense buyers who want a short, handy carbine all land on the Andro Corp ACI-15 Bravo 300 Blackout for the same set of reasons. MAG5 Firearms does not sell NFA items, so the can is a separate errand.
