A thermal riflescope replaces your day optic and shows heat signatures day or night, through light fog, smoke and brush that would hide an animal from a traditional scope.

This model uses a 640×512 sensor, the resolution most serious thermal users aim for, with enough pixels for clean digital zoom and identification at distance.

The 35mm lens gives a base magnification of 2× with digital zoom from 2× – 16×, and a field of view of 12.5° × 10.0° or 66 ft × 52 ft at 100 yards. AGM rates the detection range at about 1800 meters or yards for a man-sized heat signature, which is the distance where you can tell something warm is there, not where you can identify exactly what it is.

The sensor’s 12 micron pixel pitch and Less than 20 mK NETD rating describe how small each detector element is and how fine a temperature difference it can show, so lower numbers mean more detail in low-contrast conditions such as rain, fog or high humidity.

Display and Image Modes

Images appear on a 1024×768 OLED display refreshed at 50 Hz, which keeps moving animals smooth when you track them. The available color palettes are Black Hot, White Hot, Red Hot, Fusion. Many hunters use white hot for general scanning and switch to black hot or a color mode to pick out detail.

Built-in recording to 16 GB of onboard storage lets you capture photos and video of your hunts for review or sharing.
