How A-Zoom 223 Remington Snap Caps Are Built
Each round is CNC machined from solid aluminum billet to full cartridge dimensions and hard anodized red. One piece, no separate case head, no plastic body. Nothing shears off and leaves a case body in the chamber of a gas gun, which is the failure that makes cheap two-piece dummies more trouble than they are worth.
The primer end carries a proprietary polymer cushion instead of a live primer, rated by A-Zoom past three thousand strikes. It decelerates the firing pin roughly as a real primer would rather than letting it stop hard against the bolt face.
