Description
The Sig Sauer P365 XMacro Comp 9mm is the most capable pistol SIG has fitted into a carry-size package: seventeen rounds, a full XMACRO grip, and a compensator machined into the slide and barrel rather than threaded onto the muzzle. It is the closest thing in the line to a duty gun that still conceals.
Why the Compensator Changes This Gun
Because the compensator on the Sig Sauer P365 XMacro Comp 9mm is integral, it adds nothing to overall length and cannot work loose. Gas vents upward as the bullet exits and pushes the muzzle back down against the rise you are already fighting. On a 21.5-ounce pistol that is the difference between a fast follow-up shot and a slow one.
It is worth being clear about the trade: a comp raises muzzle blast and flash, which is more noticeable indoors and at night. Most shooters find the flatter tracking worth it, but if you shoot mostly in low light the uncompensated XMACRO is the better pick and we list it separately.
Grip Module, Magwell and Backstraps
Seventeen rounds in a micro-compact is the headline, and the XMACRO grip module is how SIG got there without a grip that only suits large hands. Small, medium and large backstraps ship in the box, so the reach to the trigger is something you set rather than something you accept. An integrated carry magwell is moulded in, which makes reloads on a gun this size far less fiddly.
Both included magazines are seventeen-round steel units with high-visibility followers, so a glance tells you whether a magazine is empty. That is thirty-four rounds on hand out of the box.

Sig Sauer P365 XMacro Comp 9mm: Optics and Sights
The slide is cut for the COMPACT footprint, matching the Shield RMSc pattern, so a ROMEO-X Compact or similar micro red dot mounts directly with no adapter plate. XRAY3 day and night sights are fitted from the factory and stay usable as a backup if the dot fails or the battery dies.
Who the Sig Sauer P365 XMacro Comp 9mm Is For
Anyone who wants one gun that carries concealed and still shoots like a duty pistol on the range. Between the dot cut, the comp and the seventeen-round grip, this is about as much capability as anyone has fitted into a pistol this size. There is no manual thumb safety on this configuration; SIG builds the XMACRO with one and we list it separately.
How It Compares in the XMACRO Line
Against the standard XMACRO, the Sig Sauer P365 XMacro Comp 9mm trades a longer barrel for the integral compensator, keeping the same overall length. Against the TACOPS you get the comp instead of two extra magazines. Against the P365X you gain five rounds and a fuller grip at a small cost in concealment.
Spare magazines, holsters and defensive ammunition that suit the Sig Sauer P365 XMacro Comp 9mm are stocked alongside it, and our staff can advise on optic fitment for the COMPACT cut if you are mounting a dot for the first time.
The uncompensated and manual-safety versions of this pistol are listed in our handgun catalog. Factory specifications are published by SIG SAUER.
Every Sig Sauer P365 XMacro Comp 9mm sold by MAG5 Firearms ships new in the factory packaging with the accessories SIG SAUER includes, and transfers to your chosen FFL. The Sig Sauer P365 XMacro Comp 9mm is a regulated firearm and we verify licensing before any order leaves the shop.
