The Alpha Foxtrot Romulus threaded model takes the full-size 5-inch double-stack 1911 and extends the muzzle past the slide so a compensator or a muzzle device can thread straight on. A knurled thread protector ships installed. Underneath it is the same proven package: SUS416 stainless slide and frame, black polished DLC, an RMSc optics cut and night sights already fitted.

A threaded muzzle is the cheapest performance upgrade on a 9mm 1911. Thread on a compensator and the gun stops climbing; leave the protector in place and it behaves exactly like the standard barrel gun. Ammunition matters more once a comp is threaded on. Heavier bullets drive a compensator harder, so a 124-grain or 147-grain load usually tames muzzle rise better than light target ammo. A 124-grain jacketed hollow point is a sensible starting point for carry, with 115-grain full metal jacket for volume practice.
