Description
The Radian Ramjet SIG P365 Bronze kit pairs a bronze Radianite-coated RAMJET ported barrel with a black AFTERBURNER micro compensator, built specifically for the SIG P365. It is Radian part number R0836, and it drops into the factory slide without gunsmithing, threading, or a longer slide. The result is a flatter-shooting pistol with a two-tone look: the compensator matches a black slide while the bronze barrel hood shows through the ejection port.

How the ported barrel and micro comp work together
Most pistol compensators need a threaded barrel and a comp you have to keep tight and timed. This kit skips all of that. The RAMJET barrel has ports cut near the muzzle, and the AFTERBURNER slides over the end of the barrel and locks on with Radian’s INTRA-LOK system: a tapered screw that pulls against a V-groove, so the comp centers itself on the bore every time it is tightened. There are no threads to gall and no crush washers to fiddle with.
When a round fires, gas escapes up through the barrel ports and out the top of the compensator just before the bullet leaves the muzzle. That upward jet pushes the muzzle down against the pistol’s natural flip. On a micro-compact carry pistol like the SIG P365, where muzzle rise is what slows follow-up shots, that is exactly where the Radian Ramjet SIG P365 Bronze earns its place.
Why choose the black and bronze finish
Radian offers this kit in all black, black and gray, and the black and bronze combination on this listing. The Radian Ramjet SIG P365 Bronze uses a bronze Radianite coating on the barrel and black Radianite on the AFTERBURNER. On a black slide the compensator blends in at the muzzle, while the bronze SIG P365 barrel hood gives a bold contrast at the ejection port. If you want the barrel to stand out, bronze is the most eye-catching of the three finishes. Radianite is not paint; it is a hard, low-friction coating that resists corrosion and carbon wear.

SIG P365 and P365X fitment notes
This bronze kit is cut for the 3.1-inch barrel in the standard SIG P365 and the P365X, so it also works as a P365X compensator. It will not fit the 3.7-inch P365XL or P365-XMACRO, which have their own kit, and it is 9mm only. Radian designed it for factory SIG slides; ask us to confirm fit if yours wears an aftermarket slide.
A pistol this small is lively when you shoot it fast, which is exactly where the Radian Ramjet SIG P365 Bronze earns its keep: it adds only a little length at the muzzle and takes the edge off the flip. The bronze barrel hood gives the tiny P365 an unmistakable two-tone look. Radian also makes a Compressor guide rod for the 3.1-inch P365.
Installing it at the bench
Installation takes a few minutes. Remove the magazine, visually confirm the chamber is empty, and field strip the slide as the factory manual describes. Pull the recoil spring assembly and the factory barrel, put a light coat of oil on the RAMJET barrel exterior and hood, and drop it into the slide. Reinstall the recoil spring, slide the AFTERBURNER over the muzzle, and tighten the tapered screw to 15 inch-pounds with the supplied TORX bit. Reassemble, then function check before live fire. Keep the factory barrel: the Radian Ramjet SIG P365 Bronze returns to stock just as easily.
Honest trade-offs to weigh first
A compensator is not free performance. The Radian Ramjet SIG P365 Bronze is louder and more concussive for you and anyone beside you at the range, and shooting from a retention position close to the body puts hot gas and unburnt powder near your face and clothing. Barrel ports also add visible muzzle flash in low light. If the pistol wears a red dot, expect the lens to collect carbon faster and plan to wipe it after each range trip.
Holster fit is the other question. The AFTERBURNER adds a little length and bulk at the muzzle, so many open-bottom Kydex holsters work while closed-end or tightly molded holsters may not. Check with your holster maker before you carry. Ported barrels also bleed off some gas, so weak or very light range ammunition may not cycle as reliably; run a few hundred rounds of your carry load first. The kit is designed for factory slides and fits many aftermarket slides, but confirm with Radian before ordering for a custom slide.
Who the Radian Ramjet SIG P365 Bronze suits
The Radian Ramjet SIG P365 Bronze makes sense for P365 and P365X carriers who practice regularly and want flatter follow-up shots with a finish that stands out. It also suits anyone shopping for a SIG P365 compensator that needs no threaded barrel. It is less compelling if you rarely shoot or love your current holster. For shooters who train regularly and want faster, flatter follow-up shots, the Radian Ramjet SIG P365 Bronze is one of the cleanest upgrades available, since it leaves the slide and sights untouched.
