The Sig Sauer P226X Legion Full 10 Round is the full-size Legion built around a match-grade bull barrel, which is the part that separates it from every other P226 on a shelf. MAG5 Firearms stocks it with a 4.4-inch barrel, Hogue G10 grips, a SIG-LOC optic cut and a double-action trigger.

What a Match Grade Bull Barrel Does

A bull barrel carries more mass at the muzzle than a standard contour, which damps rise and resists the whip that thinner barrels develop through a string of fire. Match-grade means tighter chamber and bore tolerances than a service barrel.

Legion is a separate production line rather than a color option. The guns receive upgraded internals, closer assembly tolerances and finish work that ordinary production pistols do not get, and it shows in how the slide cycles and where the trigger breaks.

Legion Gray Cerakote covers the stainless slide and the aluminum frame. It is harder than anodizing, more corrosion resistant than bluing, and it hides the holster wear that shows immediately on a black gun.

SIG-LOC Optic Mounting on the Sig Sauer P226X Legion Full 10 Round

The slide arrives cut for the SIG-LOC footprint, which mounts a compatible red dot directly to the slide with no adapter plate. Removing the plate removes the most common failure point in a pistol optic setup.

A lower mounting height also means suppressor-height irons co-witness through the window rather than sitting below it.
