Arex Delta Gen 2 M Tactical – Superb Threaded 9mm Compact Pistol

Description

The Arex Delta Gen 2 M Tactical is the compact member of Arex’s Delta family, and it arrives from the factory with the extended threaded barrel and optic cut that most pistols make you pay extra for. It carries 15+1 rounds of 9mm in a frame that is close in size to the original Delta, so holsters and grip frames carry over. Arex builds it in Slovenia.

Compact Size, Full-Size Features

The M variant is the most compact of the Delta Gen 2 Tactical line, which makes it the practical choice for carry or as a smaller suppressor host. It keeps everything that makes the larger X worthwhile: an optic-ready slide, ambidextrous controls, a stippled modular frame and a Picatinny rail. Reverse grip frame compatibility with the first-generation Delta has been kept, which matters if you already own accessories.

Arex Delta Gen 2 M Tactical Barrel and Optics

The extended threaded barrel accepts a suppressor, a compensator or any other muzzle device, and the slide comes cut for a reflex sight straight from the factory rather than milled afterward. The slide is steel with a black nitride finish and cut with serrations front and rear. Suppressor-height sights let you keep a usable sight picture over a can or through a red dot window.

The Striker Double-Action Trigger

Arex uses a partially pre-cocked striker rather than a fully cocked one, so the trigger finishes compressing the striker spring on the way back. Arex chose it deliberately, considering it safer than a fully cocked single-action striker. The result is a longer, more deliberate pull that suits a carry gun, and it is worth dry firing before you judge it against a Glock-pattern trigger.

Modular by Design

The grip frame is a serviceable module rather than a fixed part, and backstraps let you tune circumference to your hand. That, combined with the ambidextrous slide stop and magazine release, means the pistol can be set up for either hand and for a wide range of hand sizes without gunsmithing. The aggressive stippling on all four sides of the grip keeps it under control with wet or gloved hands.

Why Buyers Choose the Arex Delta Gen 2 M Tactical

Price out a compact 9mm, then add a threaded barrel, suppressor-height sights, an optic cut and mounting plates. The total climbs quickly, and you are still waiting on a slide to come back from milling. Arex bundles all of it and prices the pistol below where most bare compacts land, and the Slovenian build quality holds up under the sort of round count that reveals corner cutting.

Who Should Buy It

This suits the shooter building a compact suppressor host, the carrier who wants a red dot without paying for custom work, and anyone who prefers a longer, deliberate trigger on a gun that rides in a holster all day. Choose a holster cut for the threaded barrel and the optic, order the correct plate for your red dot, and pattern your carry ammunition before you trust the setup.
