The Sig Sauer P365 XMacro TacOps Custom is a factory TacOps pistol carrying a limited-run engraved slide design, sold as a collectible configuration of SIG’s highest-capacity micro-compact. Underneath the finish it is a standard XMacro TacOps: a 3.7-inch barrel, XRAY3 day/night sights, an optic-ready slide and four 17-round steel magazines in the box.

TacOps is the four-magazine configuration of the XMacro. Instead of the usual pair, the box holds four 17-round steel magazines, which covers a full belt load or a training day without a separate purchase. The rest of the pistol is unchanged from the standard XMacro, so parts, holsters and magazines are all common items rather than special-order pieces.

The engraved slide on this version is a limited production run, which is the main reason buyers choose it over a plain TacOps.

Sig Sauer P365 XMacro TacOps Custom Barrel and Capacity

The 3.7-inch barrel gives the XMacro a slightly longer sight radius than a standard P365 without pushing the pistol out of concealed-carry size. The grip module is wider front to back than the original P365 grip, which puts more hand on the gun and makes 9mm recoil noticeably softer than the size suggests. Seventeen rounds sit flush in the frame.

Sights, Optic Cut and Accessories

XRAY3 day/night sights are installed from the factory, with a tritium front dot in a high-visibility outline. The slide uses the P365 optic footprint, so a Romeo Zero Elite, Romeo X Compact or similar micro red dot mounts directly without an adapter plate. A standard accessory rail on the frame accepts compact weapon lights such as the Streamlight TLR-7 Sub.

If you plan to keep it as a collectible, the original box, all four magazines and the paperwork are worth storing together.

Magazines, Holsters and Lights

Extra 17-round XMacro magazines are widely available, and the extended 21-round magazine fits as a spare. Any holster cut for the XMacro will fit this pistol, including light-bearing models. Because the barrel is not threaded on this configuration, you are not limited to open-muzzle holster designs.

Side by side with a standard XMacro, the differences are the engraved slide finish and the two extra magazines. Dimensions, weight, trigger and controls are identical, which means every accessory made for the XMacro line fits without modification.
