Description
The Tisas 1911 Night Stalker 9mm Full Size is a 5-inch government-length 1911 in platinum gray Cerakote with a tritium front sight, angled slide cuts and thin aluminum grips. It holds 9+1 rounds of 9mm Luger and ships with two magazines.
Tisas 1911 Night Stalker 9mm Full Size Overview
Tisas factory model 10100538 is the original full-size Night Stalker. It uses a steel frame with a contoured trigger guard, an SF-style trigger and safety, an ambidextrous thumb safety and a Bantam rear sight paired with a tritium front. Overall length is 8.5 inches and weight is about 2.1 lb. empty. The angled cuts on the slide reduce weight and add a distinctive look, while the long 5-inch slide gives the pistol its relaxed, accurate handling. This is the non-railed Night Stalker; the commander Night Stalker Carry adds a rail and bull barrel.
Full-Length Accuracy
With a 5-inch barrel and steel frame, recoil in 9mm is minimal and the long sight radius makes precise shots easier. That makes the Night Stalker a fine choice for steel matches, bullseye practice and home defense where size is not an issue. It is large for concealed carry, though plenty of owners carry full-size 1911s with a good belt and holster.
Tritium Front with Bantam Rear
The tritium front glows in darkness so you can find the front sight in low light, and the Bantam-style rear is designed for quick acquisition. Because only the front is illuminated, some shooters prefer this setup for a cleaner sight picture. Tritium slowly loses brightness over about a decade.
Angled Slide Cuts and Contoured Guard
The angled lightening cuts reduce slide mass slightly, which can speed cycling and gives the Night Stalker its look. The contoured trigger guard lets the support hand ride high for better recoil control. Slide cuts do expose the barrel to more debris, so clean it after dusty range days.
Thin Aluminum Grips
Thin tri-cut aluminum grips slim the frame and give a firm, textured hold. They are durable and lighter than G10, though they feel cold in winter. Any thin-bushing 1911 grip panels fit if you prefer another material later.
Value Perspective
Tisas has earned a reputation for well-fitted forged-steel 1911s at modest prices. The Night Stalker adds features usually seen on much more expensive guns. Resale will trail top American brands, and holster makers may list it as a generic 5-inch government 1911, but function and finish are hard to fault at this price.
State Laws and Ownership
Some states restrict handgun sales to roster-listed models, and capacity limits vary; the 9-round magazines meet nearly every limit. Check your state and local rules before ordering, and confirm your dealer can complete the transfer.

Before You Buy
Federal law requires that handguns be transferred through a licensed dealer to a buyer who is at least 21 years old and passes a background check. Pick a holster made for a 5-inch government 1911 without a rail, and keep the slide cuts clean after dusty sessions.
