The base AXE is already a well-specified suppressor host. The Performance Center version adds the parts that a shooter would otherwise upgrade first, starting with a HIPERFIRE Enhanced Duty Trigger finished in copper PVD. A trigger like that is normally a two hundred dollar aftermarket purchase and an afternoon with punches.

A nickel boron coated barrel extension adds heat resistance and smooths feeding.
Furniture is a Midwest Industries Combat M-LOK free-float seven-sided handguard, a Magpul DT Carbine adjustable stock and an M&P grip with four interchangeable backstraps. M&P tactical adjustable folding sights and a Radian Raptor charging handle are fitted.
