Description
The SIG Sauer P365 XMacro Comp 9mm ROMEO-X is a pistol chambered in 9mm Luger with a 3.1-inch barrel and a 10+1 capacity. It carries the build quality SIG Sauer is known for and is ready for carry, home defense, or the range.
SIG Sauer P365 XMacro Comp 9mm ROMEO-X Overview
The P365 family changed concealed carry when it packed double-stack capacity into a micro-compact frame. Its striker-fired action has a crisp, consistent trigger, and the serialized fire control unit lets the same core work in different grip modules. Slides are stainless steel with SIG’s tough Nitron or Cerakote finishes, and the pistol is built to carry comfortably all day without giving up control.
Carry and Use
Micro-compact pistols are all about carrying comfortably and shooting well, and the P365 does both. It disappears in an inside-the-waistband holster, and the grip gives you enough purchase to manage recoil and shoot fast follow-up shots.
Trigger and Controls
The P365 uses a striker-fired action with a flat or curved trigger depending on the model, a short reset, and a clean break that makes it easy to shoot accurately for its size. The slide stop and magazine release are easy to reach, and many models are optic-ready with a cut for a micro red dot.
Sights and Optics
This model comes with a SIG ROMEO red dot already mounted, so it is ready for faster target acquisition right out of the box. A red dot lets you keep both eyes open and focus on the target, which is faster than aligning iron sights, especially in low light.
Caliber
The 9mm Luger is the most popular handgun cartridge in the world. It offers manageable recoil, high magazine capacity, and a huge selection of affordable practice and defensive ammunition, which is why most police departments and the U.S. military carry it.
Why SIG Sauer
SIG Sauer traces its roots back more than 150 years, and its pistols and rifles are carried by the U.S. military, federal agencies, and police departments across the country. That track record means proven designs, quality materials, and strong support for parts and accessories.

Care and Cleaning
Cleaning is straightforward. Wipe the exterior with a lightly oiled cloth before storage, and keep the optic lens clean and its mounting screws snug.
