SIG Sauer 10mm 180gr FMJ – Powerful 10mm Auto Range Ammo, 1250 fps, 50 Rounds

Description

The SIG Sauer 10mm 180gr FMJ load is built for shooters who want more from their 10mm Auto than typical factory ammunition delivers. SIG Sauer loads a 180 grain full metal jacket to a rated 1250 feet per second, producing about 625 foot-pounds of energy from a 5 in barrel. It is loaded to full-power 10mm velocities, so practice sessions deliver the same recoil impulse you will feel with hunting and defensive loads.

Why Choose the SIG Sauer 10mm 180gr FMJ

• 180 grain full metal jacket bullet
• Rated 1250 fps and about 625 ft-lbs from a 5 in barrel
• Full-power 10mm velocity, not a reduced load
• Brass cases, non-staked primers
• 50 rounds per box, item E10MB1-50

Built for Training and Practice

• Matches the recoil of full-power 10mm carry loads
• Reliable feeding in full-size and compact 10mm pistols
• Reloadable brass cases
• Made in the USA

Buying ammunition by the box from the same production lot keeps velocity and point of impact consistent from one range trip to the next. Keep a record of the load you carry, check your ammunition for dents or loose bullets from time to time, and rotate your carry rounds so the ones in your firearm stay fresh. These simple habits help you get the full performance SIG Sauer builds into every cartridge.

Before you trust any new load, fire enough rounds through your firearm to confirm it feeds, fires and ejects reliably and that the point of impact matches your sights. Full-power loads produce more recoil and muzzle blast than typical range ammo, so practice with the SIG Sauer 10mm 180gr FMJ until you are comfortable with it, and store the rest in a cool, dry place in the original box.

The 10mm Auto was developed in the 1980s and briefly adopted by the FBI before the shorter .40 S&W took its place, but it has since become a favorite of hunters and backcountry hikers. Its extra case capacity lets it drive bullets faster than most other semi-automatic pistol rounds, and practicing with a full-power load is the best way to master its recoil.

Why Choose SIG Sauer 10mm Ammo

Owners of 10mm pistols often struggle to find 10mm range ammo that is not watered down. This SIG Sauer Elite Ball load is loaded to full power, so you can practice with the same recoil and muzzle rise you will experience with hunting and backcountry loads.

The 10mm 180 grain fmj bullet leaves a 5 inch barrel at about 1250 fps with roughly 625 ft-lbs of energy. Consistent powder charges and quality brass help keep groups tight and make each box behave the same as the last.

SIG Sauer builds its Elite Performance ammunition in Jacksonville, Arkansas, using tight quality control and premium components. The Elite Ball line is designed to match the feel and point of impact of SIG V-Crown defensive loads, so sig sauer 10mm ammo in this line lets you train with the same recoil and zero you carry in the woods.

This ammunition is a good fit for owners of the SIG P320 XTen, Glock 20 and 29, Springfield XD-M Elite, Smith and Wesson M and P 10mm and other 10mm Auto pistols who want full-power practice ammunition. Always confirm your firearm is chambered for 10mm Auto, wear eye and ear protection, and follow all federal, state and local laws.
