Description
The AGM Wolverine Pro-4 3APW Riflescope (AGM item 15WP4423474111, UPC 810027779748) is a 4x military-grade night vision riflescope fitted with a Gen 3 auto-gated image intensifier tube with a white P45 phosphor screen, in AGM’s high-performance FOM 2000+ grade. It pairs Gen 3 gallium arsenide sensitivity with the natural black-and-white image of white phosphor, and auto-gating protects the tube and keeps the picture usable around headlights, flashlights and muzzle flash. A figure of merit of 2000 or more puts it well above AGM’s Level 1 tubes for resolution and signal-to-noise.
AGM Wolverine Pro-4 3APW Riflescope Overview
The Wolverine Pro-4 is AGM’s military-grade night vision weapon sight. Its high-strength aluminum housing is finished in non-reflective matte black, and the external lenses carry an ultra-durable scratch-resistant coating. It gives 4x magnification through a 70mm objective with an 8.3 degree field of view, and an illuminated red chevron reticle with ballistic drop points.
AA batteries run it for up to about 40 hours, and the sight is waterproof. Eye relief is about 30mm and the eyepiece adjusts for diopter from -6 to +2.
Image Intensifier Tube
The 3APW configuration is the part of this listing that sets it apart from other Wolverine Pro-4 versions: a Gen 3 tube with white phosphor, in AGM’s FOM 2000+ grade. Note: photos show the Wolverine Pro-4 housing, which is identical across tube options.
AGM grades its tubes by resolution and image cleanliness. For the exact resolution, figure of merit and blemish specification of the tube in this unit, check the AGM datasheet or ask us before you order.
Controls and Features
Controls cover reticle brightness, eyepiece focus, range focus, and windage and elevation adjustment, all easy to work in the dark. The chevron gives a fine aiming point and the ballistic drop marks help at longer ranges.
It mounts with a quick-release mount and includes a detachable infrared illuminator for light in total darkness.
What Is Included
The box includes the riflescope with its QR mount and the detachable IR illuminator. Confirm the full box contents with us before you order.
Who Benefits Most
This version suits serious users who want a premium Gen 3 white phosphor image, professionals and hunters who spend many hours under the tube each season, and anyone who values the cleanest view in AGM’s range.
Honest Limitations
A dedicated night riflescope replaces your day optic on the rail, so you need to re-zero when you switch, unlike a clip-on. The 4x magnification is fixed.
Check state and local hunting laws on night vision and night hunting before you buy. Night vision image intensifiers are export-controlled and sold for use within the United States. Check AGM’s current warranty terms before you buy.
