A-Zoom 270 Winchester Snap Caps are machined aluminum dummy rounds cut to 270 Winchester dimensions, two to a pack. The 270 has been a mainstay hunting cartridge for a century, and most of the rifles chambered for it are old enough that a broken firing pin is a real inconvenience.

Each round is CNC machined from solid aluminum billet to full cartridge dimensions and hard anodized red. One piece, no separate case head, no plastic body. Nothing can shear off and leave a case body stuck in the chamber of a rifle you are trying to get ready for a hunt.
The primer end holds a proprietary polymer cushion instead of a live primer, rated by A-Zoom past three thousand strikes. It slows the firing pin the way a real primer would rather than letting it stop hard against the bolt face.

Field Notes
Older Model 70s, Remington 700s and Savage 110s in 270 are all still in the field, and none of them benefit from having the striker dropped on nothing. Snap caps are the straightforward fix.
