The modern A5 keeps the squared humpback profile of John Browning’s original Auto-5, but runs on Browning’s Kinematic Drive, a recoil operated system that has no gas ports to clean and keeps cycling through mud, rain and freezing weather. The 26 inch vent rib barrel is short enough to swing quickly in a blind or turkey woods, and it ships with three Invector-DS choke tubes: Full, Modified and Improved Cylinder. A fiber optic front sight and ivory mid-bead help you keep your head down on the stock.

The composite stock has a vertical grip, textured gripping surfaces and shims to adjust length of pull, cast and drop, plus 1/4 and 1/2 inch spacers for further length of pull changes, and the Inflex II recoil pad helps tame heavy magnum loads. The whole gun is dipped in Realtree Max-7 with a Dura-Touch armor coating for a sure grip, and an ABS case is included. 6 inches.
