Description
The Langdon Tactical 92 Elite LTT II Inox (part 92E2-TJRR) is a full-size 9mm Beretta 92 built with Langdon Tactical Technology, pairing a stainless Inox slide with a black anodized Vertec frame, the LTT trigger job and a factory optic cut. It ships with three 18-round Mec-Gar magazines and is aimed at shooters who want a refined double/single-action service pistol that is ready for a red dot.

Langdon Tactical 92 Elite LTT II Inox Overview
Ernest Langdon’s company has spent years tuning the Beretta 92, and the Elite LTT II brings those upgrades together in one factory package. The slide carries extended, aggressive serrations and Langdon’s patented low-mount optic cut, which sits a mounted dot roughly 0.85 inch above the bore so it co-witnesses with the rear sight on the supplied plate. The 4.7 inch stainless barrel has a recessed crown, and the straight-backstrap Vertec frame gets extra checkering front and rear, beveled edges to remove hot spots, a beveled magazine well and an accessory rail for a weapon light.
Optic Cut and Red Dot Plate
Most optics-cut 92 pattern pistols perch the dot high on an adapter plate. The Low RDO system machines the pocket deeper so the window sits close to the bore line, which makes the dot easier to find on the draw and keeps the iron sights usable. The pistol includes an RMR-footprint plate with a built-in co-witness rear sight plus a cover plate for running irons only. Langdon also sells plates for other footprints, but plates made for the M9A4 or 92X RDO cut will not fit, and no optic is included in the box.

Trigger Job and Controls
The TJ in the part number stands for the LTT trigger job with an optimized performance trigger bar, polished and stoned internals and a shorter reset. Typical pulls are around 6 to 6.5 pounds double action and 3.5 to 4 pounds single action. The pistol uses decock-only G-style levers, so the lever drops the hammer and springs back up instead of acting as a manual safety. That setup suits holster carry, but it is a long first pull and a different trigger to learn if you come from striker-fired pistols.
Frame, Grip and Handling
The Vertec frame has a straight backstrap and a shorter trigger reach than the classic 92FS, which helps shooters with average hands get the pad of the finger on the trigger. Beretta wraparound grips use variable-density checkering for traction without tearing up clothing. Like every 92, the frame is aluminum and the gun is large; at roughly the size of a full-size duty pistol, it rides best in an OWB or duty holster, and holsters must be made for a railed, optics-cut 92.

Shooting Experience
The open-top slide, locking-block barrel and all-metal weight make the 92 one of the softest-shooting 9mm service pistols available. Muzzle flip is mild, the long sight radius helps precision, and the system has a long record of feeding a wide range of ammunition. Expect the Inox slide to show holster wear and powder residue more than black nitride, though it also resists corrosion well in humid climates.
Magazines and Support
Three 18-round Mec-Gar magazines come with the pistol, and standard 92-pattern magazines fit, so spare 15, 17 and 18-round magazines are widely available. Parts, springs and service support for the Beretta 92 are easy to find, and Langdon offers further upgrades such as porting, NP3 internals and carry bevel packages. Keep the locking block and recoil spring on a regular replacement schedule if you shoot high volumes.
State Laws and Ownership
Several states cap magazine capacity at 10 or 15 rounds, and the included 18-round magazines may not be legal to possess or ship to you there. Some states also maintain handgun rosters that this model may not appear on. Pennsylvania buyers complete the PICS check at the transferring dealer. Confirm your local magazine and roster rules before ordering, and ask your FFL how they handle compliant magazines.
