22 WMR is a standardized cartridge with dimensions and pressure limits published by SAAMI. It is a genuinely different proposition from 22 Long Rifle: roughly double the muzzle energy, flatter to a hundred yards, and considerably more expensive per round. Feed the Henry X Model 22 WMR accordingly and do not expect plinking costs.
