Description

The B&P Competition One 20ga 8 Shot load gives 20 gauge shooters a true competition-grade target shell. Baschieri & Pellagri loads 7/8 ounce of #8 lead shot into a 2-3/4 inch hull at a rated 1210 feet per second, delivering dense, consistent patterns on skeet, trap and sporting clays targets. The Competition One line features the company Gordon System technology, designed to lessen felt recoil so you can shoot longer with less fatigue.

Built for 20 Gauge Clay Shooting

• Dense patterns for skeet and close sporting targets
• Soft recoil for long practice sessions
• Great for 20 gauge skeet events and youth shooters
• Made in Italy by Baschieri & Pellagri

Baschieri & Pellagri has made shotshells in Italy since 1885, and its Competition One line is a favorite at trap and skeet clubs across the country. Never load 20 gauge shells into a 12 gauge gun, since a 20 gauge shell can slide past the chamber and lodge in the barrel, creating a dangerous obstruction. Keep your 20 gauge ammunition separate and clearly marked.

Pattern your shotgun at 20 and 30 yards to see how your chokes perform with #8 shot. Store shotshells in a cool, dry place in their original boxes, and clean your barrel after long sessions to remove wad fouling.

Baschieri and Pellagri 20 gauge Competition One shells are also available by the case, which is a smart way to stock up for a full season of league shooting or lessons. Buying a larger supply from the same lot keeps your patterns and timing consistent from week to week.

A 25-round box matches a standard round of trap or skeet, so it is easy to plan how many boxes you need. Many skeet shooters also use 20 gauge for sub-gauge events, where a soft-shooting, consistent load like this one makes it easier to stay focused through every station.

Why Choose 20 Gauge Target Loads

Many shooters move to a 20 gauge for skeet events, lighter guns or simply less recoil. These 20 gauge target loads give you competition-level consistency in the smaller gauge, with enough pellets from a 7/8 ounce charge of #8 shot to break targets cleanly at typical skeet and sporting clays distances.

The Gordon System hull used in the Competition One line is designed to absorb part of the recoil impulse. Combined with the lighter 20 gauge payload, that makes these 20 gauge skeet shells a comfortable choice for youth shooters, newer shooters and anyone who shoots a lot of targets in a day.

At 1210 fps, the load is fast enough for crossing targets while keeping recoil manageable, helping you build consistent timing from station to station.

20 gauge skeet, trap and sporting clays shooters, youth programs and anyone who wants a soft-shooting, consistent target load will get dependable performance from this 25-round box. Always confirm your shotgun is chambered for 2-3/4 inch 20 gauge shells, wear eye and ear protection, and follow all federal, state and local laws.
