Barrett MRAD 300 PRC Rifle

Description

Barrett MRAD 300 PRC Bolt Action Rifle

The Barrett MRAD 300 PRC bolt action rifle is engineered for shooters who demand extreme long-range precision without compromise. Built on Barrett’s proven Multi-Role Adaptive Design platform, this rifle pairs a 26-inch barrel with a 2-port muzzle brake to tame recoil and keep the sight picture steady through every shot. The 300 PRC chambering delivers flat trajectories and devastating downrange energy, making it a favorite among competitive precision shooters, hunters, and long-distance marksmen alike. Every component of this system reflects Barrett’s decades of experience building rifles trusted by military and law enforcement units worldwide.

This particular configuration ships in a Cerakote Flat Dark Earth finish, giving the rifle a rugged, field-ready appearance that resists wear in harsh environments. The adjustable folding stock allows shooters to dial in length of pull and cheek height for a customized fit, while collapsing down for compact transport and storage. A Magpul MOE grip rounds out the ergonomics package, providing a secure, comfortable hold during extended strings of fire. Feeding is handled by a 10-round detachable magazine, and the rifle arrives complete with one magazine and a hard case for immediate range readiness.

Key Features and Benefits

The 26-inch barrel on this rifle is specifically tuned to maximize velocity and stability for the 300 PRC cartridge, one of the most capable long-range chamberings available today. Paired with the 2-port muzzle brake, felt recoil is dramatically reduced, allowing shooters to spot their own impacts and stay on target for faster follow-up shots. This combination is especially valuable in competitive precision rifle matches and extended-range hunting scenarios where consistency shot after shot determines success. Barrett’s attention to barrel harmonics and muzzle device design reflects years of engineering refinement built into every rifle leaving the factory.

Ergonomics play a central role in this rifle’s design, starting with the adjustable folding stock that lets shooters tailor length of pull and cheek weld to their build. Folding the stock reduces overall length for easier transport in a vehicle or backpack, a feature valued by hunters and tactical shooters moving quickly between positions. The Magpul MOE grip further enhances handling, offering a textured, ergonomic profile that maintains control even with gloved hands or in wet conditions. Together, these features create a rifle that shoulders naturally and stays steady under recoil.

Durability is built into every inch of this rifle through its Cerakote finish in Flat Dark Earth, a coating chosen for its resistance to corrosion, scratching, and fading under harsh field conditions. This finish protects the barreled action and stock hardware across seasons of hard use, from muddy hunting blinds to dusty competition ranges. Feeding comes from a 10-round magazine, giving shooters ample capacity between reloads during extended strings of fire or fast-paced range sessions. Barrett includes one magazine and a hard case with every rifle, ensuring safe transport and storage wherever the rifle travels.
